I have been involved in the Kinsmen Football League since 1990 as a coach, parent or member of the league executive. During this time I have seen the impact that the KFL has made on thousands of young boys and girls in Saskatoon, including my two sons. The youth of Saskatoon learn the value of discipline, teamwork and perseverance through football, and become good citizens and future leaders in our community. The KFL also provides opportunities for men and women to develop their coaching skills and give back to our great city. The league wouldn’t have existed for 50+ years without the assistance of the Kinsmen Club of Saskatoon, both from a financial perspective and through the leadership provided by members of the Kinsmen Club. I can’t imagine life in Saskatoon without the Kinsmen Club and the Kinsmen Football League.
